The help of Christians Hospital and maternity, Okpatu was founded in October 2016 by Rev. Fr. Samuel Ogwudile. It is a gift to humanity supported through his family and friends. The hospital was originally made to help pregnant women through the journey of child bearing and to assist children come into the world with least of financial challenges bothering many families in the rural areas.

This project offers multiple free medical care for child delivery. In its fifth year it has recorded delivery to certainly more than one hundred and twenty (120) families in a space of five years. More than sixty (60) children under the age of two enjoy insurance for any ailment handled at the same hospital.

Mobile services

We have introduced mobile services to enhance our possibilities of attending to your needs in most convenient way. It works very easily for everyone, no preference. Simply dial our hotline and we are there in the quickest time possible to convey the patient for prompt attention.

At discharge from the hospital, we offer similar services to take one back home after treatment.

Ultramodern Laboratory

Our laboratory is equipped to respond promptly to most health challenges that require medical investigations for the necessary treatment. We have reliable hands to ensure that you get the best. Our records these years testify to our efficiency.

The laboratory is not limited to hospital use!  Based on our unlimited services policy for the laboratory, everyone can come on personal grounds to have lab tests with us.

Free Delivery Package

We have a complete mission to assist the pregnant women who are patients in our hospital. Over the years, such women get free registration package which includes all necessary tests at prenatal. The bulk of costs of frequent prenatal appointments in our hospital are borne by a special insurance care of the Founder.

This very insurance is automatically transferred to the child from birth. That means, all children born in the hospital are on insurance till the age of two! All our children are enjoying this very benefit already. We ensure that they remain very healthy.

God is with us…

We are very conscious of the saying that doctors diagnose and cure but God heals. That is why we have provided a conducive house of prayer and encounter with God in the hospital. Our chapel/prayer room is for the use of all our patients and patients’ relatives.

Moreover, we have daily devotion in which we pray for all our patients on daily basis. There is holy Mass in the hospital every month. Testimonies of these spiritual benefits abound. All glory to God Almighty!

Help Them Healthy (HtH) Platform!

It is very true that most people in the village do not just like to use their feeding/pocket money to go to hospital. They reserve the money for other purposes hence the worry about how to help then do the needful when they are not feeling well.

We know that from the age of 40 everyone is due for routine health check and many people in the village fall in this category.

In this platform we intend to rescue this situation. You can identify with us when you wish to shoulder the costs of medical care for your loved ones without stress.

In this package you make payments directly to us, what you need to do is to tell them to go for check-up/treatment as and when due. We save you the stress of calling endlessly to beg/force them to ‘go and see doctor’ because now they do not need to spend from the cash they prefer to use for other purposes.
